2018 Executive Breakfast Series culminates on September 26th with an insightful discussion about an overlooked attribute - emotional intelligence.  Gonzalez will discuss the book Emotional Intelligence: Why it can matter more than IQ, by Daniel Goleman.  She will share learnings and insights from the book that she believes are seminal in her rise to leadership. Attendees will participate an interactive discussion of the nexus between cognitive intelligence and emotional intelligence and how leveraging both can propel businesses to the next level.
